Paris Nights & Travel Books

By  |

As style icon & actress Audrey Hepburn once said, “Paris is Always a Good Idea.” But if you can’t get away right now, reading is also a good idea! Check out my favorite travel books with European settings.

TABLE OF CONTENTS: Books: The Little Prince, Antoine de Saint-Exupery; Rebecca, Daphne Du Maurier; Cashmere v-neck sweater: Minnie Rose; Wunder Under pant: Lululemon; Fifi Leather Booties: Christian Louboutin

Paris was originally nicknamed the “City of Light” because it was a vast center of education and ideas during the Age of Enlightenment. These days, it still deserves the name thanks to the beautiful Champs-Elysées gas lamps and the over-the-top (in a great way) lights during Christmas time. The clothes shopping is to die for but if you’re a book geek like me, don’t forget to check out the bookstores (the one inside the famous Le Bon Marche department store, pictured above, is one of my favorites). Make sure to dress the part with a fabulous pair of heels (my go-to, Christian Louboutins, will never disappoint). If you can’t make it to Europe but are craving a little excitement, my list below of travel books with beautiful European settings should do the trick!

Bon Voyage!
